Smart home and building automation.
In the area of houses and apartments - from the perspective of the residents - we speak of smart home. Property management companies, logistics companies, as well as industrial and commercial properties often talk about building automation. One is no longer different from the other today. Optimizing access, electricity, heating and cooling is the basis of all automation - including optimizing solar energy.

xaxada was designed to be complete and user-friendly right from the start, together with homeowners, tenants and administrations. xaxada is comprehensive and yet as easy for the user as making a phone call. xaxada gives residents and users back rights in the property that were only available to experts for many years. Even a layperson can configure the logical adjustment of a door lock, a button or a motion detector themselves. Costly support is not necessary. Adapting xaxada for your apartment is easy and takes place without specialists, quickly and without delay using a graphical interface, click-clack. xaxada is not only easy to use - it's also fun.

Smart Home is revolutionized with xaxada. xaxada's intelligent automation enables precise control of relays, dimmers, valves, contacts and sensors in your home. Seamless integration into your LAN or WiFi network makes xaxada not only powerful, but also cost-effective and easy to install. The radio signal, especially WLAN (Wireless), can serve as an efficient basis for xaxada.

For the technically savvy, TCP/IP forms the foundation of xaxada communication. With xaxada you can control and connect your smart home from anywhere in the world via an internet connection. Commercial buildings at multiple locations can be managed centrally from one point.
