Xiaoli Hu

Xiaoli Hu has a diverse work experience in the field of biopharmaceuticals and life sciences. From 2006 to 2008, Xiaoli worked as a Resident Physician/Surgeon at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University affiliated Ruijin Hospital. In 2008, Xiaoli joined the Karolinska Institutet as a Researcher and continued until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Xiaoli worked as a VC investor in life sciences at HealthCap. Xiaoli then joined Affibody AB in 2017 as the Director of Strategic Business Development and worked until 2020. Currently, Xiaoli holds the position of Chief Business Officer at Xbrane Biopharma AB, starting in 2020.

Xiaoli Hu completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Sciences from Karolinska Institutet, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Clinical Medicine at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2001 to 2008. In 2014, Xiaoli Hu obtained an Associate's Degree from EVCA Academy in the field of Venture Capital and Private Equity.
