Heather Beasley

Heather Beasley, MBA, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at XCaliber Container since March 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Westmoor Manufacturing and Sellmark Corporation, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Gladney Center for Adoption for 17 years. Earlier in the career, roles included Human Resources Manager and Resident Services Coordinator. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
