With 24 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and IT Governance, Khaled has developed expertise across various industries. Previously, Khaled held roles as a Data Center Manager and IT Service Control and Support Director, focusing on risk analysis, emergency response procedures, and IT infrastructure management. Khaled earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ain Shames University between 1984 and 1987.
