Amit Patil

Amit Patil is part of the corporate development team at Xceedance where he focuses on M&As, partnerships, and analyst relations for the Xceedance group. As part of this role, he is always on the lookout for new partnerships and ways to expand Xceedance offerings and is responsible for managing the M&A pipeline, conducting due diligence checks on target entities, integration of acquired entities, and banker interactions. He brings 10+ years of (re)insurance industry experience. Prior to this role, Amit played a key role in establishing the underwriting and acturial services teams at Xceedance and was involved in risk selection, underwriting, pricing, operations, and quality control of large and small commercial risk especially in the P&C market.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and has completed his CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation.
