Kyle Darling is an experienced leader and claims professional with nearly two decades in the insurance industry, specializing in complex and severe claims across various fields. At Farmers Insurance, Kyle advanced technical expertise while managing catastrophe and large loss property claims. Subsequently, at American National Insurance, they managed field response teams for major incidents and oversaw a national remote team handling property and commercial agriculture claims. Currently serving as AVP of Property Claims & Virtual Estimating at Xceedance, Kyle is focused on building a first-class TPA claims department. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pittsburg State University and has a strong interest in leadership, project management, and catastrophe response.
