Mohit Jain

Mohit Jain is a seasoned Business Process Management professional with over 20 years of experience in BPO and the consumer durable industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Process Excellence and Transitions at Xceedance, Mohit is responsible for designing and deploying global transition practices. Previously, Mohit held key roles at organizations such as GENPACT, Samsung, and Cognizant, where they led large-scale process transformations and migrations in the insurance sector. Mohit earned a BE in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, along with multiple professional certifications, including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
