Ruchi Pathak

Ruchi Pathak is a seasoned professional in people operations and talent management, currently serving as Manager of People Operations at Xceedance since September 2024. Ruchi's prior experience includes a role as Manager of Talent Management at JK Tech from July 2021 to September 2024, and Team Lead of Global Mobility at Publicis Sapient from January 2019 to July 2021. Ruchi began a career in global mobility with positions such as Assistant Manager at GENPACT and Senior Associate at Nagarro.
