Steven Schultz is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture & Office Management for Americas at Xceedance, Schultz oversees HR strategies and operations. As a Leadership & Organizational Coach for CEO’s and executive teams since 2016, Steven partners with leaders to enhance organizational performance. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Aspire Living & Learning, where Schultz led talent strategies for 1200 employees, and Senior Vice President at Connected Benefits, focusing on operational development. Schultz also held significant positions at National Life Group, New England Culinary Institute, and Husky Injection Molding Systems, contributing to HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
