Tim Hannon has extensive experience in the insurance and real estate industries. From February 2009 to March 2019, Tim worked as an Insurance Adjuster at Sedgwick and as a Multi-line Adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey, where responsibilities included managing over 50 claims per month. Since March 2019, Tim has served as an Adjuster, Appraiser, and Umpire at H & H Adjusting, INC, handling more than 2500 claims and acting as an appraiser and umpire for over 1000 and 200 claims, respectively. Tim's career also includes managerial roles at Rent-A-Center and Landmark Carwash, and experience as a Realtor at PILMER REAL ESTATE INC. Currently, Tim is a Senior Appraiser at Xceedance, specializing in property insurance claims. Tim holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Waubonsee Community College and graduated from West Aurora High School.
