Udayan possesses extensive experience in business operations, people management, and process improvement. Udayan began a career at Xchanging - A CSC Company as an Advance Associate from July 2008 to January 2012, progressing to roles at GENPACT where Udayan served as Management Trainee and Assistant Manager before becoming Operations Manager from May 2014 to April 2018. Udayan's expertise includes business transition, case management, and project management, supported by a certification from the International Institute of Projects & Program Management completed in 2015. Currently, Udayan serves as Senior Operations Manager at Xceedance, following a tenure as Senior Manager in Reinsurance UWS– P&C starting in April 2018. Udayan holds a diploma in Insurance and Risk Management from RAI Foundation.
