Steve Berman, CPA, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Regulatory and Pricing at Xcel Energy, where responsibilities include leading the regulatory administration function for the largest subsidiary, overseeing the recovery of over $3 billion annually for more than 1.5 million customers. Previous roles at Xcel Energy included Director of Regulatory Administration, Revenue Analysis Manager, and Financial Consultant. At Colorado Springs Utilities, Berman held positions as Treasurer, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, and Principal Financial Analyst, contributing to cash management, debt portfolio management, and budget planning. Berman holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
