William Roach

William Roach is an experienced professional in privacy, information management, and records governance, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Xcel Energy since August 2019. With a robust background in records management, including a managerial role at MoneyGram International overseeing global records retention and eDiscovery, William has also held various positions with the State of North Dakota's Information Technology Department, Basin Electric Power Cooperative, and other organizations, focusing on content management, electronic records, and compliance. Academically, William holds a Master of Science in Law with a concentration in Organizational Ethics and Compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Mary.
