Jit Goel has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jit started their career at AT&T as a Senior Software Engineer in 1997. Jit then moved on to StreamCenter Inc. as a Lead Software Engineer. In 2000, they joined IBM as a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager. In 2003, they founded XCEL Corp and served as the Chief Software Architect and CEO. Alongside their professional career, Jit Goel has also held positions in different organizations such as the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST), Berhampur, where they were a Member of the Board of Advisors, and the Tennis Cricket Association of India, where they served as the Director of Technology. Jit is currently the President of the International Tennis Cricket Federation (ITCF), USA. Additionally, Jit Goel is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community for top-level technology executives. In 2022, they also became the President of NITROAA - NIT Rourkela Overseas Alumni Association. In 2018, they founded CricDostUSA and has been serving as the CEO since then. Jit Goel's education history includes obtaining a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 1995. In 1997, Jit Goel completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore. In 2019, Jit Goel pursued studies in Merger & Acquisitions, Strategy, Execution and Post Merger Management at Harvard Business School. From 2018 to 2019, Jit Goel studied Machine Learning - Data Analysis to Decision Making at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jit Goel also became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from ScrumAlliance.org in 2016. In the future, Jit Goel plans to attend Columbia Business School in 2022 and 2023 to obtain a degree in Venture Capital Private Equity. Additionally, Jit Goel holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional, obtained in 2006.
