Richard Morgan

Richard Morgan has a significant work experience in consulting. Richard started their career in 1996 at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting) as the SVP Head of Operations. Richard held this role until 2012 before transitioning to Hitachi Consulting, where they became the SVP Head of Operations Consulting until 2016. In 2016, they joined X/Celerant Consulting as the President and later became the CEO in 2018.

Richard Morgan attended Ordsall Hall School from 1985 to 1991. Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Manufacturing Engineering with Management and Business Studies from Brunel University London from 1991 to 1995. In 2005, they completed an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. Finally, in 2007, they participated in the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
