Cherie Lee

Cherie Lee currently serves as Vice President of Proposal Operations at Xcelerate Solutions, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Cherie held the role of Vice President of Proposal Operations and Marketing at VMD Corp from September 2017 to February 2024, along with serving as Director of Proposal Management and Marketing. Additional experience includes a tenure as Manager of Federal Proposal Operations at KPMG for a brief period in 2017, and various roles at MetroStar, including Proposal Director and Senior Proposal Manager, from May 2014 to May 2017. Cherie's background also encompasses positions at MANTECH, MVM, Inc., Mission Essential, and USIS, with responsibilities ranging from Proposal Manager to Technical Writer. Cherie holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from West Virginia University and CIMBA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University.
