Josh Browning

Josh Browning has a diverse range of work experience in various roles.

Josh most recently worked at Xcelerate Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst/Team Lead. In this role, they interfaced with over 100 customers and their organizations to train and onboard them to a new system of record. Josh collaborated with team members to develop comprehensive training materials and conducted customer-facing training workshops. Additionally, they analyzed metrics to identify process gaps and efficiencies to ensure project tasks and milestones were met or exceeded.

Prior to that, Josh worked as a Senior Consultant at Xcelerate Solutions. Josh tracked and evaluated directorate project tasks and milestones using MS Project to analyze project effectiveness and schedule adherence. Josh designed and implemented management plans, reporting procedures, and business practices to improve operational efficiency. Josh also enhanced the customer experience by liaising with agency personnel and external agencies to assist in the review and approval of support agreements.

Before joining Xcelerate Solutions, Josh worked at NetImpact Strategies Inc. as a Business Analyst. In this role, they designed, implemented, and managed a risk management program. Josh developed training plans for risk management and lessons learned programs and improved reporting efficiency by creating a detailed program risk and issue dashboard.

Josh also has prior experience in the United States Marine Corps. Josh served as an Assistant Maintenance Manager, where they were responsible for training and overseeing 300 personnel and provided project statuses to organizational leadership. Josh also served as a Support Equipment Division Head, Maintenance & Asset Manager, and Division Head, where they supervised personnel, managed maintenance planning and execution, and coordinated Lean Six Sigma events to improve processes and reduce maintenance actions.

Overall, Josh Browning has a strong background in business analysis, project management, risk management, and leadership, with experience in both the private and military sectors.

Josh Browning attended Towson University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government. In May 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the United States Department of Defense.
