Jennifer Bolanos is a Program Administrator at Xcelerate Women since December 2023. Prior to that, Jennifer was a Business Owner at Vía Raíz, an online and brick-and-mortar shop based in Portland, OR that showcased the work of Mexican designers and artisans. Jennifer also has experience as an Operations Manager at Sephora, where Jennifer managed departments with high sales figures and led a team to create a collaborative culture. With a background in Interior Architecture and Design, Jennifer has also worked as a Home Staging Assistant at Nest Home Design. With additional experience in project management and systems design, Jennifer brings a diverse skill set to their current role.

We work together to build economic power for those traditionally marginalized by the system today, and into the future. We celebrate the uniqueness anddiversity of people, wherever they are on their journey. Our programs serve women and gender non-conforming business owners in Oregon who have a growth strategy for their business beyond themselves.Our mission is to address the systemic inequities women experience in growing their businesses by providing access to the gender and culturally competent resources they need.
