Mia Birk

Mia Birk is an Executive Coach who supports founders in launching and growing their ventures. Currently, they serve as an Advisor at Halogen Ventures while also coaching at Xcelerate Women, where they empower Oregon womxn entrepreneurs. Mia co-founded Alta Bicycle Share, playing a key role in the development of multiple public bike-sharing systems, and has extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. They also hold advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins and The University of Texas at Austin, having contributed significantly to community-focused initiatives throughout their career.
