Tracy T. Miller is a professional with a wealth of experience in human resources, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Board Member and Peer Mentorship Facilitator at XXcelerate, Tracy has also been actively involved as a Mentor at PDX Women in Tech (PDXWIT). With a background at Pfizer that spans over two decades, Tracy has held various leadership roles such as SVP of Global HR Operations, VP of Human Resources for Emerging Markets, and Director of Human Resources for different business units. Tracy's academic background includes an MBA in Management from The University of Connecticut School of Business, an MA in History from Drew University, and a B.A. in History from Trinity College-Hartford.

Xcelerate is a transformative community recognizing the systemic inequities and experiences of business owners who embody or share traits of womanhood, within or beyond the gender binary. We work together to build economic power for those traditionally marginalized by the system today, and into the future. We celebrate the uniqueness anddiversity of people, wherever they are on their journey. Our programs serve women and gender non-conforming business owners in Oregon who have a growth strategy for their business beyond themselves.Our mission is to address the systemic inequities women experience in growing their businesses by providing access to the gender and culturally competent resources they need.
