Vanessa Holfert is a marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the marketing industry. Currently working as a Founder Coach at Xcelerate Women and as a Marketing Consultant at Holfert Consulting, Vanessa specializes in brand strategy, marketing communications, strategic planning, and business innovation with a focus on purpose-driven brands. Vanessa previously held senior vice president roles at Slumberkins, account supervisor roles at CMD and Koopman Ostbo Marketing Communications, and various other marketing positions at MarketShift Strategies and Charlton Engel Marketing. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Media Arts with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Chico.

We work together to build economic power for those traditionally marginalized by the system today, and into the future. We celebrate the uniqueness anddiversity of people, wherever they are on their journey. Our programs serve women and gender non-conforming business owners in Oregon who have a growth strategy for their business beyond themselves.Our mission is to address the systemic inequities women experience in growing their businesses by providing access to the gender and culturally competent resources they need.
