Ben Mann

Ben Mann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

Ben started their career in 1998 as a Marketing and Project Manager at IMI Services USA, Inc. where they developed a domestic marketing strategy for the successful release of the Tavor Assault Rifle and identified areas of potential growth, resulting in increased revenue.

In 2000, Mann became the Marketing & Sales Manager at Mistral Security, Inc. where they generated revenue through turnkey security solutions, improved sales by realigning procedures, and developed a distribution network in South America for detection equipment.

From 2002 to 2009, Mann served as the Director of Sales & Business Development at Symann Security, LLC. Ben provided customers with advantageous products and services, marketed and oversaw the installation of various security products.

Mann then joined Staples Advantage as an Area Sales Manager from 2009 to 2013, leading a team of Business to Business Sales Consultants. Ben later became a District Sales Manager, managing a team of 10 consultants and achieving successful levels of customer acquisition and sales attainment.

In 2015, Mann joined Canon Solutions America as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing a team of sales executives and selling large format printing solutions.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the National Sales Leader at Home of Training, where they provided online training and instruction for the hospitality industry.

Following that, Mann worked at ADP as a District Manager/Strategic Business Consultant from 2018 to 2020. Ben focused on educating and positioning ADP's human capital management solutions to companies and worked directly with C-Level executives to address human capital challenges and opportunities.

Currently, Mann is a Business Consultant at XcelHR, where they offer PEO, ASO, and HR outsourcing services to small- and mid-sized businesses, allowing them to focus on their operations and improve their effectiveness.

Ben Mann has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ben has also pursued further education, obtaining a Master's degree in International Studies/Conflict Resolution from the American University School of International Service. Additionally, Ben has studied Cultural Studies with a focus on Religious, Cultural, and Political Studies at the University of Haifa.
