Jon Berghoff is the founder of the XCHANGE Approach, a scientific approach to unlocking collective wisdom in any group. Jon currently serves as an Executive Education Professor at Weatherhead School of Management, where Jon created and teaches courses on Appreciative Leadership and Negotiating to Win. Additionally, Jon is the Vice Chairman of the Board at Front Row Foundation. Prior to their current roles, Jon was the U.S. Sales Manager at Vitamix Corporation, where Jon successfully achieved a sales growth of 300% in 36 months. Jon holds an Executive MBA in Business from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
