Steve Bouchard has been involved in various leadership and training roles across different companies. Steve currently serves as the Head of Training & Client Relations at XCHANGE Approach and as the Founder & President of Insight Solutions. With a background in engineering and business, Steve has held positions such as Regional Vice President of Sales at Hubbell Incorporated and served as the Faculty Director at XCHANGE Approach. Steve is also the Co-Founder of Cerno Adventure Learning and has experience in career coaching and professional writing. Steve's educational background includes a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Global Marketing from the University of Bridgeport.
