Philip Roberts

Philip Roberts is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently, Philip serves as a Software Engineer at Xchart.com since June 2023. Previously, Philip spent five years at GitHub, holding the positions of Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. At Surevine, from January to November 2017, Philip led the rapid development of a secure communications platform tailored for government and enterprise use. Earlier in their career, Philip worked at &yet, transitioning the frontend stack to React.js and Redux while also contributing to various real-time web applications. As a co-founder of Float Cashflow Forecasting from March 2010 to November 2013, Philip played a pivotal role in product development and served as CTO. Philip earned a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Edinburgh in 2008.
