At Xcina Consulting we leverage a deep and experienced pool of skilled consultants to deliver all our assurance and advisory services. We set extremely high standards, we only ever send in our A-Team, and we treat everyone we work with as a partner.

We and our team also hold multiple accreditations and professional qualifications, for added peace of mind.

Here are some other reasons that our clients choose to stay with us…

Scope: We operate across all business lines (front line, enterprise risk and compliance, internal audit), across multiple sectors, servicing large corporates, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.

Experience: We operate an experienced resourcing model: all our consultants have held Senior or Executive management roles, with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant background.

Value: Our emphasis is on creating deeper, long term relationships with our clients. This means bespoke deliverables and an in-depth focus that goes beyond a check-the-box exercise.

Competitive fees: Despite our competitive fees we always deploy senior members of staff, with significant knowledge and experience. We also flex between fixed-fee or time-based fee arrangements.

Partnerships: We partner with select specialist consultancies and providers who complement our service offering, where required, meaning our clients benefit from one point of contact.

Knowledge Transfer: We share our intellectual property (e.g. methodologies, work papers) with clients, and provide their internal teams with guidance and training, so they can maintain and develop the solutions we have delivered
