Jack Shade

Jack Shade currently serves as the Southeast Account Manager at Xcitium, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jack worked as a Channel Development Representative at The 20 MSP, where responsibilities included researching potential channel partners and managing partner activities. Previous experience encompasses positions as an Email Security Specialist and Partner Identification Manager at Mailprotector, a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, and various roles in the fitness and entertainment industries. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Brevard College and graduated with a high school diploma from Lower Merion High School.
