Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is a climate and sustainability professional with over a decade of experience in the built environment, focusing on energy efficiency, decarbonization strategies, and health and wellbeing frameworks. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Sustainability at XCO2 and have held various roles, including Senior Consultant at Arup and Senior ESD Consultant at GreenA Consultants. Gaurav's expertise encompasses integrated design processes and building performance, with a background in architecture and sustainability, working on diverse projects across Singapore, India, Vietnam, and Africa. They earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and a Master's degree in Building Performance & Sustainability from the National University of Singapore. Gaurav is passionate about advancing low-carbon solutions in the built environment sector.
