Raka Sinha has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Trainee at ATN International Limited. Raka then worked as a Company Secretary at Blue Chip India Ltd, where they were responsible for various tasks such as filing reports, maintaining minutes, and addressing shareholder grievances. Raka then became the Proprietor of R Sinha & Associates before joining Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd as a Company Secretary. In that role, they handled debenture compliances, filed e-forms, and prepared disclosure forms relating to directors.
