Raka Sinha

Raka Sinha has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Trainee at ATN International Limited. Raka then worked as a Company Secretary at Blue Chip India Ltd, where they were responsible for various tasks such as filing reports, maintaining minutes, and addressing shareholder grievances. Raka then became the Proprietor of R Sinha & Associates before joining Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd as a Company Secretary. In that role, they handled debenture compliances, filed e-forms, and prepared disclosure forms relating to directors. Currently, Raka is serving as the Head Company Secretary- Legal at XDBS Worldwide.

Raka Sinha completed their High School education at Ballygunge Shiksha Sadan from 1993 to 2005. Raka then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General at Sivanath Sastri College from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a degree in Company Secretary with a specialization in Legal Studies, General.
