Helena Yee

With over 20 years of experience, Helena Yee is the Vice President of Finance at XDC. Prior to XDC, Helena served as CFO at Semprius, Inc., and held financial management roles at Study Group North America, R.H. Donnelley Corporation, and Red Hat, Inc. She has also provided financial consulting services to both private and publicly held companies.

Helena received an M.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Washington and a B.A. from Vassar College.
