Randolph has more than 25 years of industry experience at both start-up and Fortune 500 companies at the executive level. In the past he was CEO of CLEARink Displays, Natrix Separations, and key advisor to Aquacue (NYSE: BMI). Earlier, Randolph was a Venture Partner at DE Shaw Venture Capital Group in Silicon Valley where he worked closely with Solaicx (NYSE: WFR) and Infinite Power Solutions (NASDAQ: AAPL). Previously, he was executive vice president at E Ink Corporation and led the business and product development groups that introduced the first paper-like electronic display found in the Amazon Kindle®. Mr. Chan received his M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University and his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis. He serves on the board of advisors of the materials science department at Stanford University School of Engineering, a mentor at StartX a community of the best start-up founders out of Stanford, and EIR at Plug and Play Tech Center. Additionally, Randolph is a board member of Imagica, Sepion Technologies, and co-founder and advisor to SEM Plus.
