Tom O’Neil

Tom O’Neil is the Vice President of Solutions Consulting for XDimensional Technologies. Tom has thirty years of insurance and technology experience that spans multiple roles. Tom is focused on understanding their customers’ needs and delivering solutions that enhance user experience, increase efficiency, and optimize business results.

Tom was introduced to insurance through his family’s retail agency where he learned the fundamentals of the industry. Tom migrated to the carrier space where he led underwriting and customer service operations for a regional carrier and drove dialogue and knowledge sharing between the business and technology teams that resulted in effective collaboration and the delivery of enhanced solutions. From there Tom moved to the software and technology services sector where he has held a variety of roles that include account management, implementation services, and sales support. His most recent position prior to joining XDimensional was as Lead Business Architect for Duck Creek Technologies.
