Robert Baylis

Robert Baylis has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Robert started their career at The Knowledge Academy in 2016 as an Information Technology Help Desk. Robert then joined Ultima Business Solutions in 2017 as an Information Technology Engineer, where they provided remote administration and support to various users and companies. Robert was also a part of the O365 Team, dealing with O365 issues. Robert is currently working at Xe.com since 2018, first as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician and now as an Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Robert Baylis completed a Level 3 Certificate in I.T Systems and Principles from The Knowledge Academy in the year 2017. Prior to that, they attended LVS Ascot from 2001 to 2015 without specifying any degree or field of study. In 2016 to 2017, Robert pursued a Diploma in Professional Competence for I.T and Telecoms Professionals from The Knowledge Academy.
