Tom Dyer

Tom Dyer has a diverse work experience in various positions. Tom started their career at Lucent Technologies and Avaya, where they worked in testing and manufacturing roles, ensuring phone systems were shipped on time. Tom then joined Discount Tire Company as an installer and Meadow Creek tire as a sales and installation specialist. Tom later worked at RTD as a general repair mechanic, diagnosing and repairing diesel drive trains, chassis, electrical, and PCM problems. Tom also served as a supervisor, managing a crew and scheduling routine service. At Bankrate Insurance, Tom worked as a service desk technician, providing software and hardware support for over 200 users across different states. Tom also performed administration duties for various systems and supported Android and IOS devices. After Bankrate Insurance, Tom worked as an internal support technician at Catalyst Repository Systems. Their most recent role was as a DevOps engineer at XE.com Inc., where they managed Azure and Amazon Web Services infrastructure and migrated a production environment to AWS. Tom also had experience in managing, configuring, and creating Jenkins jobs.
