Ajay John is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth consulting and customer management. As the Founder, Growth Consultant, and Lead Event Curator at Flourish since June 2024, Ajay combines a passion for food and MasterChef expertise to drive innovative growth for clients. Ajay has been recognized as a MasterChef UK Quarter Finalist in both 2023 and 2019 and serves as a Growth & Partnerships Advisor and Head of Customer Management & Success at Xebia since November 2022. Previous roles include Global Account Director and Senior Account Manager at Xebia Poland, as well as various senior positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Ajay’s career in marketing began at India House of Mass, Inc. and Think Business Networks, with foundational studies in marketing at Johnson & Wales University and the University of Madras.
