Bishnu Dev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, marketing, and business strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Transformation Director at Xebia since July 2021, Bishnu manages large-scale digital and agile transformation programs. Prior roles include Customer Strategy Lead at ING, focusing on personalization and digital acquisition, and a marketing excellence position at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities included innovation management and marketing performance management. Bishnu's earlier experience includes significant roles in Tata Steel Europe, TATA Communications, and Taj Hotels, where expertise in new product development, commercialization, and business development was demonstrated. Bishnu holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Information Technology from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology.
