Joris Damave

Joris Damave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as Account Director for Xebia Cloud since June 2024, Joris is focused on driving commercial expansion and enhancing client value for key accounts among the largest enterprises and fast-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Joris worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Bird, where the emphasis was on facilitating business communication through various platforms. Joris also held a position as Enterprise Account Executive - Partner at Workplace Giving NL, specializing in global SaaS solutions for HR. Early in the career, Joris gained significant experience in sales management at Emolife, holding titles such as Brand Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager, where responsibilities included team management and sales performance. Joris holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by MEDDPICC® courses from MEDDIC Academy.
