Rohit Patel

Rohit Patel serves as the Global Delivery Head and Senior Vice President at Xebia, overseeing projects in the Middle East and Africa, as well as IT Transformation, since October 2023. Prior to joining Xebia, Rohit held the position of Vice President - Global Head Presales and Growth Office at Netlink Software Group America Inc from May 2022 to October 2023, where focus areas included establishing presales processes and team structures. Rohit's extensive experience also encompasses over 18 years at Tech Mahindra, where roles included Unit Delivery Head, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and Project Lead, managing delivery and operations for various units and driving transformation projects. Rohit began their career at Hindalco Industries and the Aditya Birla Group, holding positions that involved analysis, reengineering, and participation in feasibility studies. Rohit holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a CPIM certification in Supply Chain.
