Sarah Hare

Sarah Hare is a Senior Expert Consultant in Data & AI at Xebia, specializing in data science, AI engineering, data governance, and strategy since July 2023. Previously, Sarah worked at Starmind from September 2018 to December 2022 as a Data Scientist and Product Analyst, where responsibilities included enhancing algorithms using insights from human behavior and developing tools for data visualization. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and Neuroeconomist at the University of Bern, focused on advanced statistics and machine learning applications, as well as research positions at The University of Bonn and the University of Zurich concentrating on decision-making mechanisms. Sarah began a career in clinical neuropsychology and market research, holding a PhD in Psychology & Neuroeconomics and an M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Bonn.
