Nathaniel Alker is currently the Research and Development Manager - Systems at Xefco, where they lead engineering design and production teams in the prototyping and commercialization of sustainable technologies. Previously, they served as a Research and Development Engineer at Xefco and worked as a Project Officer at Queensland Health for over a decade. Nathaniel's career began at Super Retail Group, and they have also held roles in logistics and security. They will soon complete a Master of Engineering at Adelaide University, having already earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Deakin University.
