Xelcis Bio™ is a precision oncology company advancing TRIDENT™, a proprietary intracellular delivery platform designed to overcome one of the most important barriers in cancer therapeutics: effective cytosolic delivery.

TRIDENT™ is being developed to enable the delivery of multiple therapeutic modalities, including targeted chemotherapy, targeted protein degraders, RNA therapeutics, and protein-based therapies, with the goal of improving functional activity inside tumor cells while reducing off-target effects.

Our lead internal program, TDOX, applies TRIDENT™ to targeted chemotherapy, while our broader business strategy is to partner the platform across high-value oncology applications where intracellular delivery remains a critical bottleneck.
