Mustafa Bash has a strong background in the field of art and design. Mustafa began their career in 2013 as a Graphic Designer at Marketing Window, where they worked until 2015. Mustafa then joined Leo Burnett as a Senior Graphic Designer and remained there until 2019. In 2019, Mustafa joined Creative Formula SA as an Art Director, a role they held until 2023. From 2022 to 2023, they also worked at VIRTUE Worldwide as a Senior Art Director. Currently, Mustafa is employed as an Art Director at XELEMENT.
Mustafa Bash earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Geometric Mean in Aleppo, Syria from 2000 to 2002.
