Bas Flören

Bas Flören is currently the Associate Strategy & Transformation Director at Xellia Pharmaceuticals. They have previously served as a Consultant at Deloitte Switzerland and as a Co-investigator at Erasmus University College, where they designed and evaluated interview protocols and conducted data analysis. Flören has also worked at CFTE, focusing on fintech and AI education, and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business from Erasmus University College and a Master of Arts in Strategy & International Management from the University of St.Gallen.
