Daniel Roupa

Daniel Roupa has worked in various financial roles since 2010. Daniel began their career as an Audit Supervisor at EY, where they managed a team of 4-5 persons and audited inventory and procurement processes. In 2013, they moved to Stephan Welz & Co (Pty) Ltd as a Financial Manager, where they were responsible for the preparation and presentation of management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and solvency and liquidity analysis. From 2016 to 2018, Daniel held Financial Controller positions at Infratects, inlumi, and hoppa. In 2018 they moved to Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve as a Financial Controller, and in 2021 they began working as a Financial Controller at Xeltis, managing the financial administration and the payment of purchase invoices and salaries.

Daniel Roupa attended Springs Boys High School before continuing their education at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance in 2009. Daniel also holds certifications in Oracle Database 12c: Basic SQL and SQL Essential Training, both obtained through LinkedIn in February 2021. Daniel additionally holds a Certificate in Theory of Accounting.
