Elma Durand

Elma Durand is a professional with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultante AMOA at Xelya since December 2023, Elma focuses on guiding social and healthcare establishments through digital transitions as part of the Ma Santé 2022 project. Prior to this role, Elma worked as a Stagiaire Chef de projet IT at Xelya and gained international exposure as an Area Manager Junior at Ladurée Paris, managing projects and coordinating marketing efforts in multiple countries. Elma also held positions as a Junior Projects Manager at Nickel - Financière des paiements électroniques, Projects Manager for events at Com&Médias, and student employee roles at BNP Paribas. Elma holds a Master in International Project Management from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland.
