Evan Moll

Evan Moll is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and complex transactions. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Xencor since October 2020, Evan Moll specializes in structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing and collaboration agreements, as well as assisting in capital raise transactions and securities law matters. Previously, from February 2015 to October 2020, Evan Moll worked as Senior Counsel at Amgen, supporting business development through various sophisticated transactions. Prior roles include Corporate Associate positions at Ropes & Gray LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where Evan Moll represented clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and fund management matters. Early career experience includes a role as University Program Coordinator and English Instructor at Yonsei University. Evan Moll holds a Juris Doctor and an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
