Lisa Do is an experienced scientist with a strong background in the development and optimization of bioanalytical assays and cancer therapeutics. Currently serving as an Associate Scientist at Xencor since March 2018, Lisa previously worked at Astellas Pharma and Agensys, Inc. as a Senior Principal Associate, where significant contributions included the characterization of monoclonal antibodies and the qualification of pharmacokinetic assays. Earlier roles at BN Immunotherapeutics and Mannkind Corporation showcased expertise in cancer immunotherapy, including the development of preclinical models and experimental protocols that validated vaccine efficacy. Lisa holds a B.S. in Biology with a focus on Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
