Currently serving as Senior Director at Xencor since October 2016, Michael has progressed through various leadership roles, successfully managing cross-functional teams and overseeing CMC submissions that contributed to the launch of Oncaspar® in multiple markets. Prior to Xencor, Michael held significant positions at Shire and Baxalta, leading technical transfers and mentoring project managers while delivering critical financial analysis and risk management strategies. Michael's career began at Medtronic, focusing on automation equipment development. An MBA graduate in International Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills, Michael excels in project management methodologies and contract negotiations.
