Shiva H. is a Principal Scientist and External Bioanalytical Development Lead at Xencor, with over six years of experience in GMP and FDA regulated environments and more than twelve years in the Biomaterials, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology industries. They have previously served as a Scientist III and Bioanalytical Project Manager at BioAgilytix, and have held roles at the University of Birmingham, University of Toronto, and LabConnect. Shiva has expertise in large molecule biological testing methods and has contributed to enhancing educational programs as a Research Co-Supervisor and Teaching Assistant. They earned a PhD in Immunology and Stem Cell Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
