Stephen Heim

Stephen Heim is an experienced Quality Assurance and Regulated Systems professional with a strong background in document control and information systems. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance at Xencor since May 2022, Stephen has previously held roles at Arcus Biosciences as a Sr. Regulated Systems Associate and BeiGene as a Senior Business Analyst in IT, focusing on Veeva applications and regulatory functions. Stephen's earlier experience includes significant contributions at Xencor in Quality Assurance, advancing expertise with Veeva Vault systems, and a research internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where innovative methods in image processing were developed. Stephen holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Occidental College, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
